Common Sense Pitching is our specialized development program built for pitchers who want to maximize performance while protecting their arms. We focus on mechanics, mindset, and movement — helping athletes throw harder, with more control, and less risk of injury. Coach Ben Kovel leads the program, and it typically runs from November through February to prep pitchers for their season.

Program Focus

Mechanics: Clean, repeatable delivery to build consistency and velocity.


Arm Care: Strength routines, recovery protocols, and long-term health.


Pitch Development: Fastball command, off-speed variety, and sequencing.


Mental Game: Confidence, presence on the mound, and game-time adjustments.


Strength & Velocity: Conditioning program built specifically for pitchers
