The off-season is where champions are built. We are excited to announce our upcoming 6-week winter training programs, running from November 9 through December 19 at Common Sense Baseball.
Whether your player needs to fine-tune their mechanics, build elite functional strength, or master the fundamentals, we have a program tailored for them. Spots are limited to ensure quality instruction, so review the lineup below and lock in your schedule today!
1. Fit & Hit (Dynamic Strength & Hitting)
Get the ultimate combination of powerful swing mechanics and athletic conditioning. We’ve partnered with BP Athletics to deliver a high-intensity, flexible program designed to build explosive hitters.

- Format: 45 minutes of dedicated hitting instruction + 45 minutes of professional weightroom training.
- Schedule: 5 sessions are available every week. You have the ultimate flexibility to come to whichever days work best for your busy family schedule.
2. All-Skills Clinic with Greg Thomson
Perfect for younger ballplayers looking to elevate their overall game, stay sharp, and fall in love with the process.

- Ages: 7U – 12U
- Schedule: Saturday mornings (90 minutes per week).
- Focus: Sharpen your skills on all the diamond basics—fielding, throwing, baserunning, and hitting—in a high-energy, fun, and educational environment.
3. Small Group Pitching Lessons
Unlock precision, velocity, and healthy mechanics with deep-dive instruction from two of the best in the business.

- Schedule: Wednesday evenings.
